DEGREE PROGRAMMES

The three master’s degree programmes are already accredited by the respective national departments of higher education and by the national agencies of evaluation.

UNIPA Degree Programmes

The master’s degree programme at UNIPA follows the Italian accreditation/evaluation procedures. The current Italian system for evaluation, initial and periodic accreditation of the study centres and courses, defined by the Ministero dell’Istruzione dell’Università e della Ricerca (MIUR), relies on the ANVUR Agency (Agenzia Nazionale di Valutazione del Sistema Universitario e della Ricerca).

UMA Degree Programmes

The degree programmes offered by UMA are regulated by the Spanish Royal Decree 1393/2007, of 29 October, which establishes that degree programmes may be assessed by the Spanish Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA) or other assessment bodies, as determined by the Autonomous Regions Act, that comply with the quality criteria and standards established by the European Higher Education Area. In the case of UMA, the regional Agency is the Dirección de Evaluación y Acreditación (DEVA) of the Agencia Andaluza del Conocimiento (AAC), formerly named Agencia Andaluza de Evaluación y Acreditación Universitaria (AGAE) In 2012, the inclusion of AAC in the European Quality Assurance Register was confirmed. In 2014, the DEVA-AAC has been positively reviewed by the ENQA8.

UNIDU Degree Programme

UNIDU had a regular re-certification audit by Croatian Register of Shipping (CRS) and the Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) has been successfully completed, positively evaluating efforts of the quality management team, as well as the entire University with all its employees, unconditionally approving the extension of the ISO 9001:2000 certificate for the following years. This partner established a continuous quality management system improvement, and the continuing its cooperation with the Agency for Science and Higher Education (ASHE) in the implementation of a national quality standard for all Croatian.
